  • A Moment for moms-Houston

    Ignite Pilates in Fulshear, TX will be hosting the inaugural, "A Moment for Moms" on Saturday, July 19th at 12pm. This is a free monthly class devoted to moms in the IDD community.

    Led by Tish Columbus, we are thrilled to bring this to the Ignite Pilates community.

  • A Moment for Moms-Boston

    Our inaugural Boston A Moment for Moms event will take place on Saturday, June 28th at Fenway Park. A special morning of self care filled with movement, mindfulness, and connection with Tish Columbus leading a mat Pilates class just for moms of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Hosted by Bregman Cares, this event is designed to honor and support the incredible strength of moms.
